This policy explains what information Bcareinfo collects through this website, why, and how it is protected. It covers bcare.prodevinfo.com only.
What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through the enquiry form:
- your name, organisation, email address and (optionally) phone number;
- the service you are interested in and the message you write;
- the date and time of your consent to be contacted.
To prevent abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address with each enquiry. It cannot be turned back into your IP address.
Please do not send patient information or any other health data through this website. The enquiry form is for business enquiries only.
What we do not collect
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this website sets no cookies for visitors.
- We do not embed third-party trackers, social-media widgets or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit solely to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to discuss or provide our services.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Enquiries are stored in this website’s database on a server we manage, and a notification containing your enquiry is sent to our team’s business inbox. Access is limited to the staff who handle enquiries. The server and its backups are protected by access controls and encrypted connections.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received, unless an ongoing business relationship requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Links to other services
Some links open third-party services — for example Google Maps for directions or WhatsApp for chat. Those services are only contacted if you choose to follow the link, and their own privacy policies then apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@prodevinfo.com and we will respond within 30 days. Where applicable, this includes your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
